We rescued a Hearst Corporation project. Their ecommerce store for the Harlequin romance website crashed on the night before Valentine's Day. We diagnosed the Oracle database errors that were causing the site to crash and resolved it in less than 4 hours. The store launched successfully for Valentine’s Day – the most important day for Romance-related merchandise.
